Settings manual

In the first use, please do the settings as below. After all the settings are done, please turn off the host and reset.
Long press the "SET" button for 2 seconds to enter the first class setting menu. Then press the "UP/DOWN" button to select the menu from Cd1 to Cd9. And press the "SET' button to enter the submenu.

(1) "Cd1":Music prompts
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd1" submenu. The screen will show "00", then press "UP/DOWN" to select voice alert mode.
00: number speaker mode 01: music prompt mode
02: dingdong prompt mode
Press the "BACK" button to go to the previous menu or exit standby status.
(2) "Cd2":Volume
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd2" submenu. The screen will show "15", then press "UP/DOWN"
to adjust volume from "01" to "15" different level. "00" means mute. Press the "BACK" button to go to the previous menu or exit standby status.
(3) "Cd3":Display cycle time settings
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd3" submenu. The screen will display "000", then press "UP/DOWN" to adjust the display cycle time from "001" to "180" seconds. "000" means no cycle. This function is when there are multiple call records, they will display the cycle one by one automatically.
Press the "BACK" button to go to the previous menu or exit standby status.
(4) "Cd4":Delete time settings
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd4" submenu. The screen will display "040", then press "UP/DOWN" to set the auto-delete time from "001" to "240" seconds. "000" means no auto-delete function.
This function is when there is a call record on the screen, after some time, the record will be there
deleted automatically.
Press the "BACK" button to go to the previous menu or exit standby status

(5) "Cd5":Timeout prompt time setting
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd5" submenu. The screen will display "000", then press "UP/DOWN" for the prompt timeout from "001" to "180" seconds. "000" means no timeout request function.
When the time is set, at the time, the service personnel must go to provide service, or not, the display screen will flash to request to do so.
Press the "BACK" button to go to the previous menu or exit standby status.

 

(6) "Cd6":Key switch mode settings
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd6" submenu. The screen will show "5", then press "UP/DOWN" for button only mode.
"2" means 2 button mode, which is suitable for 1/2 button call transmitter.
"5" means 4 buttons mode, which is suitable for 1/3/4/5/6 buttons call transmitter.

 

(7) "Cd7":Number registration setting (Transmitter paring or deleting)
Before pairing, see (8) "Cd8" to set the working mode. Like normal restaurant mode, area mode, room mode or hospital mode.

Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd7" submenu. The screen will show "001", then press "UP/DOWN" to select the call base number.


Pair calling transmitter
Press the "Up/Down" button select a number, for example "001", then press any key on the transmitter, the speaker will sound "registration is successful" and the display screen switches to the next number "002" automatically. Then you can continue to do the next pairing until transmitter number 999 (normal mode). When finished pairing, press the "BACK" button to the previous menu or exit standby status.
Notes:

1) Long press the "UP/DOWN" button to quickly jump through the numbers.
2) When a number is paired, the last digit is "H", or not, if the digit is - , it means the number has no paired transmitter.
3) In area mode, the first digit of three is area, it can show 6f7/8/9/A/b/C/d/E/F, the last two digits means numbers from 01 to 99 in one area, press button " UP/DOWN" to select the appropriate area and number.
4) In room or hospital mode, the first two digits mean the room number from 01 to 99,
one last digit means table/bed number in one room from 1 to 9, press "UP/DOWN" button to select the room and corresponding number.

 

Remove call transmitter
Press the "UP/DOWN" button, select the number you want to delete. For example the number is 003, the display shows "003H", "H" means this number has been paired with the transmitter. Then press "DEL" key, "H" will rotate to · - which means transmitter number 003 is deleted.

 

Install remote manager
Remote manager is optional, if necessary, please assign to number 000. Then you can use the buttons on the remote to change the buttons on the receiving host.

(8) "Cd8":Working mode settings
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd8" submenu. The screen will show ·o·, then press "UP/DOWN" to select working mode from O to 4.
0: display screen 001-999b, voice "Dingdong+Call No. 1-999"
1: screen display 001-999b, voice "Call No. 1-999"
2: screen display A01-F99b, voice "Dingdong+Aarea+Call No. 1-99"
3: screen display 011-999b, voice "Dingdong+Room 1-99+call No.1-9"
4: screen display 011-999b, sound "Dingdong+Room 1-99+Emergency call No.1-9", this mode is used in hospital.
5: screen display 001b-999b, voice "Dingdong+call No.1-999". In this mode, the last digit shows only Nb/C, not D or E, but sends D and E data to the computer for storage.
Note: After completing the function, please shutdown and restart the host to ensure the function has been confirmed.

(9) "Cd9":time setting
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd9" submenu. The screen will show "2001", then press "UP/DOWN" to set the year. After that press the "SET" button to enter the month settings. At the same time, set the day/hour/minute/week parameters.


(10) "Cd10":Restore the factory default settings
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd10" submenu. The screen will show "no", then press "UP/DOWN" to select the recovery function.
No: don't do the restore function
PAt: restore default expected setting "number registration".
ALL : All settings will be returned to default settings as below : 1) Cd1 : 00 (number speaker}
2) CD2: 15 (volume 15 levels}
3) CD3:000 (no log display cycle)
4) Cd4:040 (auto-delete time is 40 seconds)
5) Cd5:000 {no request timeout)
6) CD6:5 (4 key modes)
7) Cd7:001- {no paired transmitter)
8) CD8:0 {normal mode)
9) CD9:2013 {time setting)
10) Cd11:0 {time off)
Select an option and press the "SEr" button, after 3 seconds the host will restore to default settings and return to standby status automatically.


(11) "Cd11":The whole point time keeping setting
Press the "SET" button to enter the "Cd11" submenu. The screen will show "0", then press "UP/DOWN"
to set whether to open the timekeeping function, "0" means off, "1" means on.
