QUEUE CALLING SYSTEM

This system is designed to help users to call customers easily and efficiently. By using the remote keypad, users can add, call and manage queue numbers easily.


The monitor (receiver) screen allows customers to see their queue number in real-time, allowing them to know how much longer they have to wait.

The queue number can also function for Order accuracy. By associating each order with a unique number, the risk of confusion or error can be minimized, ensuring customers receive the correct order.

How to Use Queue Calling System

1. The customer orders at the cashier and receives a queue number.

2. When the order is ready, the waiter uses the keypad buttons to set the queue number on the monitor screen display

3. The monitor displays the queue number with a bell sound, and the customer comes to pickup the order.
